What you sell, and how it's priced.
Products are the items you sell. Every order line points to a product.
A product's type sets how the customer pays:

instalment | In a fixed number of payments, with an optional deposit. |
subscription | On a schedule, until cancelled. |
metered | On demand, based on usage. |
Tax is included in the price, not added on top. Set up taxes, fees and discounts first, then attach them to a product by ID.
To stop selling a product, set its product_status to inactive. It stays on existing orders but can't be added to new ones.
