Add notes to an order, and label orders with tags.
Notes and tags help your team keep track of orders.
- Notes record what happened on an order, such as a phone call. Every member of the profile can read and add notes.
- Tags label orders, such as
renewalorpriority. Tags are shared by the profile's orders. A tag stays available while at least one order uses it. Tags are saved in lowercase. You can also set tags when you create an order.
