Display the order log
The Order Logs tab records every action on an order: payments, card registrations, status changes, links sent, and who did them.
- Open the order. See Display order details.
- Click the Order Logs tab.
The order log of an active order
Each entry shows:
| Attribute | Description |
|---|---|
| Icon | Success, information, warning or error |
| Title | What happened |
| Description | The details: the amount, the card, the transaction and, for a failed transaction, the response from the payment gateway |
| Created by | The user's email, or SYSTEM for automatic actions |
| Date | When it happened, in UTC |
Example: a rejected order
The log of a rejected order shows the declined payment and the response from the gateway.
