Welcome to BillPro
Welcome to BillPro, where you can simplify and streamline your billing operations for card payments.
BillPro provides a complete billing solution that lets you create orders for customers containing the products and services you sell. As part of an order, BillPro can schedule and charge recurring payments. And if payments fail, BillPro can automatically retry them.
BillPro supports single payment, instalment, subscription, and metered purchase types.
You can request an initial payment or card registration using the payment channels that best align with your business model and are most convenient for your customers. BillPro supports phone payments with the virtual terminal, email payment links, SMS payment links, display of payment URL for digital messaging, and a QR code for face-to-face payments.
To activate BillPro, add a Stripe or CardCorp merchant account.
- To use a Stripe merchant account, create a new Stripe account. For the easy activation steps, see Activate BillPro with Stripe.
- To use a CardCorp merchant account, the CardCorp Merchant Support team will configure your account. To read about the configuration options, see Configure BillPro with CardCorp.

Configure BillPro to Activate email notifications as required, and if you have sales agents, you can create users for them. Follow the instructions at Advanced BillPro configuration

Create your products using the BillPro UI. For each product, you can set pricing and payment terms and define if users can change them in orders with locked or unlocked pricing and payment configuration. To improve speed and accuracy when creating products and orders, create product groups, discounts, fees, and taxes. See Create your product catalogue and Create product groups and pricing elements.

Add customers using the UI, CSV file import, or API. See Create customers, Import customers from a CSV file, Create customer. You can also add a customer directly in the UI when creating an order. For details, see About customers.

Create orders with products of a compatible purchase type using the UI or the API. Single-payment and instalment products can be used in single-payment and instalment orders. Subscription and metered products can only be used in their own order type. See Create a single payment order, Create an instalment order, Create a subscription order, or Create a metered order. And for the API instructions, see Orders API. Then, you will be able to accept payments and manage your orders.

Accept Payments by sending a payment link via email or SMS or displaying a payment link or a QR code. See Collect payments.
