Dashboard orders with status information, and processed and projected payments
This dashboard section provides an overview of your orders and payments. BillPro updates these panels with the latest data every time you refresh the dashboard display.
Orders by status panel
The Orders by Status panel displays Live orders. This means that the orders are not in a Preliminary state, before a payment is made, or Cancelled or Completed.
Display orders by status on the dashboard
To toggle the display of a status on or off, click on the status name.
Status changes today panel
The Status Changes Today panel displays Live orders.
This means that the orders are not in a Preliminary state, before a payment is made, or Cancelled or Completed.
The number of orders in each category that have attained a status today and still have the same status when you display the dashboard.
Display changes in order status today
Payments processed today panel
The Payments Processed Today panel displays payments for all orders and all order states. It can include completed single-payment orders and small pre-authorisation transactions to save cards.
It displays the number of payments that had a transaction result of Approved, Declined, and Refunded for each category and the amount of each payment.

Payments captured today panel
The Payments Captured Today panel displays payments captured (and whether they were initial or repeated payments) and refunds. It also displays the number of payments and the amount of each payment.
This chart does not include small pre-authorisation transactions to save cards, which are only reserved and released.
