SMS payment link
You must have a phone number and country code in the customer account to send a payment link by SMS.
When you have created an order, to send a request for payment or card registration to a customer by SMS, click the SMS Payment Link button.
BillPro sends an SMS notification that the order is ready to the phone number in the customer account. To view an example of the SMS, see Order ready SMS.
After you send the payment request, the order has a Pending
status until the customer makes an approved payment or card registration, see Process pending orders, or until you cancel the order. The payment links in the original SMS and any reminders are valid until the customer makes a payment.
