SMS payment link

To send a payment link by SMS, the customer account needs a phone number with a country code. Without one, BillPro doesn't show the SMS option.

To send the link, click SMS Link on the Payment Details page. For a pending order, select SMS Reminder Link from the … menu on the Order Summary.

BillPro texts the customer that their order is ready. See Order ready SMS.

The order is Pending until the customer makes an approved payment or card registration, or until you cancel it. See Process pending orders.

The link opens the checkout until the customer pays. After that, it opens the order portal, where the customer can see their order and billing history and manage cards.
