Display and edit products

The Products List shows your whole catalogue. Open a product to see its details or edit it.

On the navigation bar, go to Products › Products List.

The cards at the top count all, new, active and inactive products.

Filter the products list

1. Click Filters.
2. Open a filter and select values.
3. Click Apply.

To find a product by name or product ID, use Search. To sort, click a column header with arrows.

Find products in orders

When you add a product to an order, you can search by the product name or your product ID.

Display a product

Click the product's name. Product Details shows the product's details, purchase type, price and payment configuration, with a Summary of the amounts on the right.

Single payment and subscription products also show their product page. See Share a product page.

Edit a product

Deactivate a product

You can't delete products, but you can stop them being used in new orders by making them inactive.

1. Open the product and click Edit.
2. Change the details. To stop the product being used in new orders, change the status at the top from Active to Inactive.
3. Click Save.

Inactive products have a grey dot in the Products List. An inactive product's page stops working too.

Changes to a product apply to new orders. Existing orders keep the product as it was.
