Notify a change to the date of a recurring payment
In BillPro you can manage the billing events for scheduled payments on instalment, subscription, and metered orders. See Manage billing events.
Payment rescheduled
The customer receives this notification if you change the payment date for a single billing event. See Manage billing events
Payment Skipped
The customer receives this notification if one or more billing events were skipped. When you skip a billing event, it means that you will not collect the payment amount, and it is removed from the total amount of the order. See Manage billing events
Payment Merged
The customer receives this notification if two or more of the billing events for their scheduled payments were merged into a single billing event. See Manage billing events
