UTC time and scheduling

BillPro uses UTC, so consider this when scheduling payments.

If you use a calendar selector to schedule billing events in the user interface, you may select a local time, but BillPro always uses UTC.

BillPro offers automatic end-of-month collection. If you choose the last day of the current month to start scheduling billing events, BillPro will always collect on the last day of the month.
