BillPro CardCorp integration use case

The merchant using BillPro is an insurance mutual society that sells pension plans. They use Salesforce or a similar CRM.

Their sales agents call potential customers to offer them insurance plans. The CRM integration uses the BillPro API to create a customer and a pending order.

The sales agents log in to BillPro to work on their orders. Each agent has restricted access, so they can only view their own customers and orders.

They can collect payments over the phone with the secure virtual terminal. Or they can send a payment link in an email or SMS, by clicking a button in the BillPro UI. Or they can copy the payment link and send it by WhatsApp, Telegram, Signal, etc.

Agents can open the order in the CRM, which integrates with the BillPro API to request the order status. The merchant uses the BillPro gateway webhook to get the status of recurring payments. And the integration adds all this information to the CRM.
