Alerts
Display notifications about issues in BillPro
To display the Alerts list, in the navigation bar, click the bell alert icon near the user details and user icon.
You can display alerts about the orders your user has created and actions your user has taken in BillPro.

Display the alerts list
- For alerts about orders, such as double payment attempts, to display the order, click on the alert name link.
- For alerts about partial customer imports, click the Download CSV link to download the CSV file to edit and retry the imports.
To acknowledge a notification, click the double tick button beside the creation details. The alert will move from the New tab to the Viewed tab.
Manage viewed alerts
To display viewed alerts, click the Viewed tab.
To delete viewed alerts, click the trash bin delete button near the creation details.

Alerts per user
BillPro manages alerts for all profiles per user, so all your alerts are displayed on the same screen. For example, if you import customers via CSV, you can download CSV error files from your Alerts screen for all your merchant profiles. Next to each notification, BillPro displays the name of the profile to which it applies.
After you have finished working in the Alerts section, select a merchant profile to return to the BillPro platform.
