Track payments and orders

We recommend that you track payments and orders in BillPro in the Payments section.

• To display and chase declined payments, use the Billing Exceptions list. See Monitor billing exceptions and Process active orders with failed billing events
• To chase initial payments, use the Pending Orders view. See Process pending orders.
• To view and filter all transactions processed in BillPro, use the All Processed list. See Display all processed transactions.
