Track payments and orders

In the Payments section, you can track payments and orders.

• Use the Billing Exceptions list to display and chase declined payments. See Monitor billing exceptions and Process active orders with failed billing events
• To chase initial payments, use the Pending Orders view. See Process pending orders.
• Use the All Processed list to view and filter all transactions processed in BillPro. See Display all processed transactions.
