Access the order portal

Customers open the order portal from a payment link. For example, when you click Email Link on an order, BillPro sends the Order is Ready email with the link.

In the email, the customer clicks Proceed to Checkout to open the checkout. After their first payment or card registration, the same links open the order portal instead.

If a recurring payment fails, BillPro emails the customer a link to the order portal to update their card. When they update it, BillPro charges what they owe.

Links look like https://go.bill.pro/{order_id}/{token}. Anyone with the link can open the order, so treat it like a password.
