Order portal overview
Let customers view orders and billing history, manage cards, and download invoices, receipts, and credit notes
The BillPro Order Portal gives your customers access to the checkout. It also lets them view their order and manage cards for recurring payments. If you activate the invoicing feature, BillPro generates invoices, receipts, and credit notes. Customers can download them approved payments and refunds.
Customers can open the checkout and order portal from payment links. BillPro sends payment links in email and SMS notifications. You can also copy the links to send in a chat message or display them as QR codes.
