Overview

The Order Portal is where your customers pay for their orders and manage them. From it they can:

• Pay at the checkout.
• See their order, its status and billing history.
• Add, change and update the cards used for recurring payments.
• Cancel a subscription.
• Download an order summary, and invoices, receipts and credit notes if you turn them on.

Customers open the order portal from the payment links in their emails and SMS messages. You can also copy a link to send in a chat, or show it as a QR code.
