Order portal PDF invoices, receipts, and credit notes

The admin_user can activate PDF invoices, receipts, and credit notes. See Activate PDF invoices, receipts, and credit notes.

Customers can always download the order summary in PDF format. If PDF invoicing is activated, the customers can download invoices, receipts, and credit notes in PDF format.

Each order type has its own PDF invoice design.
